We are always happy to welcome back old friends and welcome new friends. Today’s post does a little of both!
Bonnie Peffer, a retired acute care nurse from Harrisburg, has been caring for patients for over 42 years. She has participated in 9 surgical mission trips and this one marks her 4th trip to India. She shared, “There is no greater joy than to give back to those in need by using your time and talents. Each trip I have participated in has provided me with that opportunity.” When not volunteering, Bonnie enjoys reading, agardening and spending time with her two great nieces.
